Gulf Palms Condo 12 has been welcoming families and vacationers to the Gulf Coast for years. This isn't some big corporate vacation rental — it's a place a family actually owns, loves, and recently renovated from top to bottom. Every detail was picked with guests in mind.

Located in the Gulf Palms community right on the beach in Panama City Beach, you'll wake up to gulf breezes, fall asleep to the sound of waves, and spend your days exactly the way a beach vacation should feel — relaxed, unplugged, and happy.

The condo is thoughtfully maintained and ready to feel like home from the moment you walk in. Whether it's your first time at PCB or your tenth, Gulf Palms 12 has a way of making every trip feel special.

House Rules & Policies

Gulf Palms is a family-friendly community with a few simple rules to keep it great for everyone.

  • Families only — no exceptions
  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking in the condo
  • No suntan lotion on furniture
  • Wash sand off with hose before entering
⚠️ Please note: Disposables are not provided — bring your own toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper plates, etc. Upon departure, take out all trash, wash dishes, and leave dirty linens by the washer. Leave the pool key and parking passes in the basket by the door.

We're Jessica and Kris — and Gulf Palms 12 is our little piece of the Gulf Coast that we love sharing with others. When you book with us, you're not dealing with an automated system or a property management company. You're talking directly to us.

We try to make the whole process as easy as possible. Just reach out, we'll get back to you quickly, and a simple $250 deposit locks in your week. We'll handle everything else from there.

Have questions about the condo, what to bring, or what's fun to do nearby? We're always happy to help — just ask! And if you're looking last minute, it never hurts to reach out. We sometimes have weeks open at a discount when it's getting close to the date.
