Got questions?

How do I reserve a week?
Message us on Facebook to confirm your week is available, then send the $250 deposit via Venmo within 30 days. Once your deposit is received, the week is yours!
What does it cost?
$1,300 per week (Saturday to Saturday) plus a $100 cleaning fee. The cleaning fee can be paid in cash left at the condo or sent via Venmo with your final payment. Occasionally a discounted rate is available for last-minute open weeks โ€” just reach out and ask!
What is the cancellation policy?
The $250 deposit is required within 30 days of booking. If you cancel less than 15 days before your arrival date, the deposit may not be refunded โ€” unless the unit is successfully re-rented. Cancellations or early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant a refund of rent or deposit.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Rentals run Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 9:00 AM. Door codes are sent once the total balance and signed registration are received.
How many guests can stay?
Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Guests not listed or exceeding the maximum will be asked to vacate and will forfeit the deposit. Families only โ€” no exceptions.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is one designated spot marked #12 โ€” you can park two vehicles there, one behind the other. A visitor parking spot is also available nearby. Two parking passes are inside the condo and must be displayed on your dashboard at all times.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, WiFi is available! The network name and password are included on the welcome note inside the condo.
Are pets or smoking allowed?
No pets and no smoking are allowed in the condo, per condo association regulations.
What should I bring?
The condo is fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchen essentials, and 2 beach chairs on the porch. You'll need to bring your own disposables โ€” toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper plates, etc. are not provided.
What are the check-out expectations?
Please leave the condo tidy โ€” take out all trash, wash dishes, and leave dirty linens by the washer. Leave the pool key and parking passes in the basket by the door. Wash beach sand off with the hose in the pool area before entering the condo.
